Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds

At Amazing Furniture, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund and return policy is designed to be simple and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at service@amazingfurniture.com.au or call 1 300 308 671 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Returning the Item

Once you receive your RMA number, please:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or if there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@amazingfurniture.com.au or call 1 300 308 671. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, including covering any return shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
